TERMS & CONDITIONS:

■ Once the booking is confirmed 100% advance payment is required
■ Cancellation is possible 24 hrs in advance with full refund, less then 24hrs cancellation 50 % will be charged
■ Change of dates is possible if notified 24hrs in advance
■ The photography team will meet the client directly at the location
■ If the client wants to capture their memories from the hotel there would an additional charge of AED 750
■ The flying dress will be provided to the client in a good condition, any damage to the dress caused intentionally or by accident, the client would be charged AED 1500
■ The client is to avoid wearing high heels when wearing the flying dress as the heel, can cause damage to the dress
■ Please note, if any delay from the clients side, for every additional hour there will be a charge of AED 750 per hr
■ Delivery of photos and videos will be made in 48 hrs

Payment:

100% in advance required unpon booking confirmation

Cancellation policy:

Full refund 24h before the tour 50% refund less than 24h before the tour

Modification policy:

Dates modifications must be notified 24h before the tour

Meeting point:

The photography team will meet the client directly at the location

Outfit policy:

The flying dress will be provided in a good condition, any damage caused by accident or intentionally Avoid wearing heels when wearing the flying dress as it can result to damage it

Options:

500AED additional to capture clients’ memories from the hotel

Weather:

In case of bad weather, no refunds will be made if the team and client have departed for location, as it is not under our control.

Delay:

Any delay from the clients will be charged 500AED for every additional hour

Delivery:

Delivery of photos and videos will be made within 48 hours
